Shipping
ab-charles.com uses two shipping carriers: U.S. Postal Service and UPS package delivery. Not all methods are available for all items.
U.S. Postal Service MUST be used to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses.
UPS Service is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 50 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping.
Returns
Returns must be arranged in advance.
Items will be accepted for replacement due to failure within 30 days. Items returned for any other reason
must be accompanied by all accessories, manuals, original packaging and warranties and will be subjected
to a 15% restocking fee. Software and items shipped in "Blisters" must be returned unopened. All items sold in
Manufacturer labeled boxes must be returned inside another box and not exposed to the "rigors" of carrier shipping.
No refunds will be offered for shipping costs.

featured prominantly on the outside of the packaging.
